WOW!
I'd like to thank everyone on behalf of me, myself and I for feeding into my art-snob forum posting last week, without all of your comments it wouldn't have turned out to be one of the most popular discussion threads imaginable! Let's hear it for DPC!
He he, I finally got a chance to sit down and read all the lovely messages left by everyone here, I love all the reverse psychology used throughout in order to make me look foolish! But you see! You all fell into my trap! HA HA!!! Only an art snob would defend themselves like you all did! I clearly hit a nerve!
So here's a new topic to get all huffy about! You know who else peeves me off? The people who defend the art snobs! You people are the turncoats of the art realm. You are part of an artist troop made up of mauds and fanboys that shower your love and respect upon someone else's creative endeavors. I say, GO OUT! CREATE YOUR OWN! Stop unilaterally supporting other people's bullshit!
Ah... I love ranting in the morning about art snobs.... to a bunch of artists. |

One correction...
It wasn't the reverse psychology that made you look foolish. It was the foolishness.
eta: Keep up the good work. It's NOT the art snobs leaving those comments but people who think they know something...and often don't know much at all. If you're lucking enough to get a comment from someone educated in the arts (formerly or not)...run with it.
