Its ok, you teach math and not English so you can get away with it ;)

ha! double whammy is that I am also an Engineer - so I have lots of reasons to explain my poor spelling and writing skillzzz :D

Check out the spelling on some of my challenge pictures - I usually don't catch the mistakes until it's pointed out to me by a commenter lol

My students also know me as Typo Queen if that tells you anything :)

well, apparently my photo does rank THAT low. Im not even that upset about it. Maybe my first ribbon will be a brown. Funny thing is, the people I took the pictures for loved the picture. They gave me double what I charged them for.

Only one I saw that would finish that low would be the DNMC - but for that reason only. It's a beautiful photo. Just think tho, if you get the brown, the photo will get lots of views after the challenge :)

damn! I really want to check my scores!!! but I think I can hold off for another two days... (they have been off all week...)

sometimes I can guess at how i'm doing by my average vote recieved, but my FS votes are mixed in with it... so I really can't tell... =)

i would LOVE top 10! but for all I know I could have a low 5's score =(

oh well =P

if I recall correctly, I think your studio work is very good so I am betting that you don't have a score that low :)

Some of you may already hate me.....I've been an ad executive for 13 years and part of my job is to critique and develop ads we're thinking of running. I took the liberty of critiquing all the Beverage ad entries. Please remember that I judged these as ads first and photos second. I was harsher than I usually am but still gave an average vote of "7". While some of the entrants may feel I missed something that they were inferring, then they missed the whole point of developing an ad. You've got less than 3 seconds to get you message across and I spent more time than this looking and commenting on each. I'll Post my three best in this thread after voting ends. Good luck to all. And If I've offended anyone I apologize

I appreciated your comment, straight up and to the point and I had the same thoughts coming from advertising myself but did um far too much research that night to get it all together properly lol
