I know I screwed up on this challenge by not stating my 3 techniques but please read my description and please be kind enough to tell me what you would have scored this had it not been a DNMC. With all the 4-6 range votes I have to believe this image would have done sooooo much better and I am killing myself this morning looking at my final score.

-Thanks

It's not an exceptional but OK shot, with a correct title I 'd have scored it a 6 (didn't vote on it in the challenge)

Without the context of the challenge, its really unfair to ask someone who votes based on the challenge what they would have voted. I'd suggest that you just take your lumps and move on. Without it meeting the challenge I'd say you get a 5. With the challenge description met probably a 6. But nothing about this photo wow's me to say this would have gotten a ribbon or even top 20 had it been titled correctly.

I'm not asking anyone to go out of their way and do something they don't want to. I just wanted some feedback and I appreciate yours. Thanks

To make this better I think if you had included some stationary (non-moving) lights in the composition it would have given it some context. It's too tightly cropped IMHO. Also, perhaps just a slightly faster shutter.

I gave it a 6, though I tend to (usually) be a fairly generous voter. I didn't deduct points from anyone for forgetting to list the techniques, as in this instance, I felt it was a mere technicality.

Didn't think of that but your right. I could have panned down to include some of the other rides but I would have gotten all the people in the shot too. That's what I was trying to avoid.
