Well, won't hit 6, but I was afraid it would actually do lower than it's currently getting. Would be nice to get over 5.9 again though... please?

A few people were extremely limited in their opinions on how the image should be oriented. There was several comments on images that were in horizontal orientation not meeting challenge. Typical (but not mandatory) orientation for movie posters is Portrait orientation. |

before the challenge, i saw examples of real movie posters that were horizontal.
that's a shame, though 2 of the ribboners overcame that bias anyway. |

I think the portrait/landscape issue was barking up the wrong tree. There are certainly movie posters in landscape orientation. However, there were many entries that did quite well that did not seem to be trying to look or sound like a movie poster. It struck me as simply a DPC acronym challenge. I have concluded that meeting the challenge is only a secondary consideration. If an image is strong enough, it will do well even if it does not really fit. |

agreed. i thought the same about movie title vs just an acronym |
