I have a Mac font from a client that I need to use on a job....how do I convert it so I can use it on a PC?

You'll need Transtype, or something like it.

What kind of font is it? If it is an Opentype font, that should be cross platform compatible.

They have sent me a Eurostile Font...the properties state ._044-Eurostile 1 and ._044-Eurostile 2.

I can send it to you if you can convert it.
