I must upgrade to some better equipment for my wedding shoots. equipment must be nikon systems (though if necesary I would accept 3rd party lenses).

now I have: D40x, 18-200 f3.5-5.6 VR and SB600. My budget is 2000$.

You're not going to get a lot of wedding equipment for $2000 but a few good wedding lenses would be

Nikon 24-70 f/2.8
Nikon AF-S Nikkor 50mm f/1.4G
Nikon AF-S Nikkor 35mm f/1.8G
Nikon Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8

Another good investment when shooting weddings is having another photographer on site with you. Make sure that it's someone you can trust and someone that knows how to shoot and what to look for.
