Nobody said anything about a two hour explanation....you could mere ly have mentioned that you hadn't had any luck finding what you wanted.

The tongue-in-cheek resposne was actually pretty typical of the type of response you might get if you're one of those people who *are* simply too lazy to look around themselves......that's quite common.

Maybe if you would have thought about it, and realized where you were coming from, you wouldn't have been so put out.

Oh, and I certainly didn't see much mention that you appreciated the people who tried to help......one offhand remark, but you certainly didn't make either a general thanks to all that did help, or specifically to those who did.......all eleven of them!

Of course you think I'm a dick, I called you out for being rude.

Oh, you misunderstand my motivation! I thought you were a dick WAY before you tried to get snippy with me. Trust me, your feeble attempts at trying to make any impression on me as to your social skills merely confirmed that. I was just amazed that you couldn't see how ridiculous it is to abuse people and still think anyone would want to help.

Since I'm one of the resident loudmouths and a helpful guy, I thought I'd point that out......8>)

Of course I looked at the links. I have emails out to 2 of the owners of the sites but it doesn't appear they are going to respond. I may just try to dupe one myself.

Don't forget to get outside yourself a little and realize that maybe they aren't sitting there in front of the screen awaiting your query. Maybe they're away for the holiday weekend or........have a life.

I hope for the sake of the group you're going to speak to that you cut them more slack as far as your expectations on others to know what's on your mind. It is *really* helpful from the POV of a student if the teacher doesn't assume knowledge.

Photography is supposed to be fun, not a chore, and I certainly hope you don't have the same humorless attitude when trying to impart information.

Thanks for nothing. Rude I spent no less than an hour looking for one with google. I understand fstops. Thats not what I'm looking for at all. Go make your own topic if you want to try to be funny. You are trying to say it was that easy to find, but you didn't find one at all.

You need to lighten up and get over yourself, Niten, LOL. You may be all that and a bag of chips, but a little funny never hurt anyone. I thought it was a cool effect. :-D

Well, this is great. Despite the humour (or rudeness if you choose to see it that way), Jeb's link was helpful in that he connected you to 2 people that might be able to give you their pics.

Super COOL !!! I just tried the site, I had never seen it before. I've got to pull this one on a few of my buddies. Thanks for the link.

As to Niten's reaction, It was obviously a joke man, actually a pretty funny one, I think you read too much in it. I hope you find your diagram.

Credit where due, my friend......the original link was from paynekj.

I found it to be quite informative.....

You guys act like I'm over here steaming, hardly. The "joke" was insulting and inaccurate, I called it out and tried to move on. I see that the commenter was not NJ. The commenter did the right thing by moving on instead of being argumenative. Agree with me or not that it was rude he moved on. That was the stand up thing to do at that point, thanks paynekj.

The help I found was in the post from CEJ. Frankly anytime I get a misguided link and pages start changing without my consent I shut it down and consider it a virus. Also AP added some helpful information that I learned something from, thank you.

I'm not going to waste anymore of my life reading or commenting about NikonJeb.

I really just wanted to buy a graphic, no more no less.

good day
