Hey there,

Does anybody here use this? I'm looking for perhaps a different plugin than my usual stuff and I keep seeing adverts for this software in Shutterbug et al. The adverts look very 80s and very 'Fabio' with their soft-focus pictures of guys with ponytails speaking to horses and stuff.

Anyways, any advice/warnings/recommendations?

Thanks in advance,

Tez

I've used this over the years (see my own examples here). It's great for adding mood in the form of antiquing or softening an image, though it does a lot more than that.

Do you have NIk Software? If so, the Glamour Glow feature is damn close to what you want to achieve. PLus it is very flexible as to how much softness and glow you want to add. Don't know anthing about the plugsnpixels software.

how do you know what I want to achieve?

And yes, I have Nik Color Efex 3, and use the Tonal Contrast thing as a given on most of ny images in some capacity,

With regards to the glamour glow thing, I've found you can do the same by doing an inverted diffuse glow in photoshop and pushing the reds and yellows for the warmth... for those that don't have Nik that is :)

Just judging by what the plugsnpixels software can do, Isn't that what you posted? It looks like the same effect as Glamour Glow. IMO
