Not that i am the best title giver, and i would prefer not to give a title.... i find it frustrating when someone tell the WHOLE story of the picture by the title... one or two words i think is sufficient. A whole sentance is too much.... leave something to discover......

I agree but I understand the impulse to do so since so many shots are misunderstood & there are no fotog's comments that you can see
I'd like to see a challenge with no shot titles that use words from the challenge title and/or description!

Maybe the point is to make photos which do stand by themselves more.
We've had the art discussion many times before, but it's in the voting where the real answer is found. |
