Im not a prude, In fact let me be the first to say, Would love to see a nude photo of your wife or any of the other beautiful women you take photos of. Bring on the Nudes!!!!

I dunno about Americans being too prudish, per se, but seems there's a loud minority 'round here...every time there are nudes in a challenge, there's an associated hand-wringing thread in the forums. I'd like to see a nude challenge myself, if only to make myself go find a model who's up for it.

if you were thinking self portrait, You could always go to your profile, change your age from 17 to 18 and problem is solved. I only say this because I do not want to see your hairy friend. lol

Too late - you already got  Jedusi's hopes up.
This issue came up awhile back - there are legal issues with being the photog or the model if you are under 18. |

On second consideration, I think there may be another factor at work...many people probably don't have access to the resources necessary to make a good entry for a challenge like this. Lighting, models, lenses, studio space...a lot of users are limited to P&S cameras. While I'm not saying a nude with a P&S is impossible, it would make it much more challenging, probably to the point of less than 40 entries. After all, a "nude" with a point and shoot becomes a "naked". :-P

Well, I'd volunteer to model nude for one of the DPC photogs for a years sub to DPC.... but....... well butt is the problem.
