Let's try this... With Ps loaded, select Help>About Plug-in>Camera RAW. What version does it report? Hint: it's in tiny type under the lower right-hand corner of the huge graphic :-P |

still says its 5.0.0 |

That's your problem... specifically the "0.0" part ;-)
Seriously, it means that you haven't gotten Camera Raw updated to a recent enough version. Go here:
//labs.adobe.com/wiki/index.php/Camera_Raw_5.5
And download the file. It's a .zip archive. Extract it and run the setup program. It will update your Camera Raw plug-in for Ps to the latest available (the 5.5 release candidate). It will not update the Camera Raw for Lr. |
