Point & Shoot side challenge for September?

I'd like to give this a try, as I've got a whole lot of old cameras sitting around gathering dust. If I'm going to carry two cameras around, I'd better go for a small one, so I'll be using my Pentax Optio W10.

Would like to give this a run with the Nikon Coolpix L10 (as opposed to the Panny FZ5 which tends to be my everywhere camera).

And

bvy, I'd love to see your DP 1 in this - after all, zeuszen is using the Leica. So, what's a few meters of sensor real estate between friends?

I think I'd like to give this one a try too. I grabbed a Nikon L20 today, cheap and cute... but anxious to see if I can get anything worthy with it. Please add me to the group. :)

I am wondering what the rules are for this side challenge? Does the photo have to be taken in September? I just got back from vacation, and took a lot of photos last week with my point & shoot. Can we edit the photos too or is it straight out of the camera?
