Is Split Toning and Post Crop Vignetting from Lightroom allowed in Basic?
Thanks in advance.

Split toning, applied globally, should be legal.
The vignette, not so much...
You may not:
use ANY editing tool to create new image area, objects or features (such as vignettes, lens flare or motion) that didn’t already exist in your original capture. |

Ah....so what if it (the vignette) did appear in my original and I just enhanced it a bit? |

That would be ok so long as it was enhanced through something like levels or curves. (i.e a global adjustment) No one said your shot can't have vignetting in basic. You just can't add it in post. |
