Is Split Toning and Post Crop Vignetting from Lightroom allowed in Basic?

Thanks in advance.

Split toning, applied globally, should be legal.

The vignette, not so much...

You may not:

use ANY editing tool to create new image area, objects or features (such as vignettes, lens flare or motion) that didn’t already exist in your original capture.

Ah....so what if it (the vignette) did appear in my original and I just enhanced it a bit?

That would be ok so long as it was enhanced through something like levels or curves. (i.e a global adjustment) No one said your shot can't have vignetting in basic. You just can't add it in post.
