Hi
I am a newee - can you use selective colouring in basic editing competition?
I am referring to Pink challenge entrees...

Hi and welcome to DPC. You will learn heaps and have lots of fun.
I must warn you though...it is frowned upon to refer to any images whilst in voting. I am aware of the entries you are referring to. This tutorial may help you understand how you can do Selective Coloring in Basic.
It is however, illegal to do any selective work via masks or marching ants in the Basic Editing Challenges.
