Started taking some shots yesterday and noticed that when I power up the camera it makes what I call the sound of a tiny machine gun. Yeah, I really don't know how else to describe it. It makes this noise for like 2 seconds then everything seems fine. No problems except for the fact the final image isn't the same as when I look through the viewfinder. Everything moves up a bit when shooting horizontally (when shooting vertically it moves left). Take this shot for example:
His left eye was dead center when I pressed the shutter. Every shot is like this no matter the lens.
Bad news?

Bump.
Meant to say his RIGHT EYE was centered in the original composition.
Derr. |

| Sounds like your mirror is out of alignment. Would be the only logical explination that I can think of. Is your camera still under warranty? If so take it back and see if you can get it fixed or replaced. |
