for those who are starting to be photographers, or the aspiring photographers...it is always the matter of budget when it comes to buying the equipments, light, umbrellas, etc... i hate to see them so expensive... however, now there is one called "creative light" lots of you must have heard about it.. if you have not... it is really worth looking at www.creativelight.com....they have pretty reasonable pricing...check this link out

Lighting and I don't get along very well so I for one appreciate the information. Can you suggest any books or websites that would help me in better applying light?
Thanks for the help. |

hmmm....
On Amazon the 2x3 softbox is $175, and requires a separately purchased $54 speedring , and the 47 inch gold/white only reflector is $68
The Alienbees 2x3 softboxes WITH speedring run $100 (non-foldable) and $120 (foldable), and their 5 in 1 reflector (silver, gold, white, translucent, black) reflector runs $70.
So I guess the Creative Light stuff is not cheaper in the US, but it might well be more affordable in Europe. |
