Is it legal? I think it's been discussed before but I can't find the thread. I'm not talking about a radical change but just removing a hint of it.

How do you plan to do it? Focus Magic works on motion blur, and I think it's legal. Manually removing it might push the boundaries of how much spot editing is allowed.

I'd have thought this was just sharpening and thus legal in basic and advanced (with selective removal allowed in advanced but not in basic).

To be honest, I wouldn't have thought twice about using it, so if I'm wrong I'd like to know too!

It certainly should be legal based on past practice. Pretty much any panning or fast action shot has the possibility of some minor motion blur, as do shots at low shutter speeds. If one can correct for misfocus, one should be able to correct for inadvertent shake.
In order to be *sure* go to Help>Contact and ask the Site Council via a ticket in the "General Inquiry" category.

Edit for typo

That's probably what I'll do, but just wondered about the rule. From what I've read, it seems like is just sharpening like Paul mentioned.

Best thing would be to submit the original and your proposed edits so we can take a peek. It's hard to really make a judgment on something like that without being able to see it first.
