damn you look like my personal trainer now :) did you notice that your teeth naturally went whiter when you started eating healthier? I noticed mine did which amazes me just how eating the right food or the wrong food can change so much in your body, face, skin and mind, not just your size..

You are so right my teeth, skin, complexion everything is much better when you adopt a healthy lifestyle. One of the best things I have done is to drop alcohol from my life which makes it so much easier to lose weight.

2 weeks ago I completed a 12km fun run in one hour and six minutes......damn it felt good!!!

oh wow congratulations. I want to something like that so bad but I got double knee reinlinement surgorie a year ago the first 6 months I could hardly walk. Now Im able to run up stairs Im hoping by the end of this year I can do something like that...

you people who want to get fit and healthy, dont look it as a diet.. really.. you have to completely change you lifestyle, you really do.

the first thing you need to do is adopting a healthier eating plan, because after 6 weeks of eating healthy you will become a different person. If you do drink maybe that is the first thing to address. in my case I never drank. Maybe on the odd occasion but not everyday.. If you drink everyday, like alot that needs to really stop before it gets worse..

What helped me though all the pain of the surgory and the exersice is looking at the bigger picture and what you want in the next few years time. Because in life we can have anything if we work at it.. The first thing I did when I started is draw a picture of what I want in life and want I want to look like, but funny thing is what I want now has all changed.

In my drawing I was really fit looking running with one of those strollers with a baby in it, infront of my big big house. Hahaha but right now I dont want babies, I dont care about a big house what I think I really want is to live somewhere where people don't stress, there happy and people look after themselves, look after the world and look after each other. And if that means I have to trade all the beautiful bikini models for a life on a farm where I have to sheer sheep or pick fruit off trees, im willing to do that.

In the UK we have a walking marathon that raises money for breast cancer called The Moonwalk (Its done at night). 26 Miles starting at Midnight & walking through London. In a decorated bra. Was very hard, but managed it. That and the training leading up to it were great & also less impact sustained by the body than when I train to do runs (which I truly hate!!). If you cant get to the stage of doing a running marathon/ half marathon maybe try a walking marathon..

Yeah 15,000 women wearing bras & no top (maybe 1% had a tshirt on) and about 300 men, also wearing bras!! Lol. Couldnt find my point n shoot so didnt take a camera, but my friend did and we got someone to take a group shot before we started!!
Im the chubby on the left
I borrowed the camera for a sec about half a mile in and took this - Its not great but it was an amazing sight to see hundreds of women walking through the park in the dark, all our caps had reflective strips which looked really funky
