Guess that makes me a fat photographer as I happen to use that website too.

Makes my day that it can provide so much amusement

i didnt say it provided so much amusement, i do think its funny however the way IE associates a photography website with a weight loss website.

Hey, it was a huge trout! Actually, the girl took the picture, we're celebrating 10 years of marriage next month.

A girl that goes fishing with you - now that is a keeper!
And congratulations on your weight loss!

Seconded! WOW

I went the other way, used to be skinnier than a rake, then turned into a balloon. Im slowly deflating (why is it that its so much easier to put on weight than shift it again!!??)

you know what I found, once I started feeling good about myself and respected myself I found it alot easier.. Honestly now I cant eat greasy, sugary or salty foods, I feel it stuffing up my brain.. and I used to eat that stuff all the time. Like Sugar turns me into a Brat, Salt turns me angry and fried foods turns me lazy.. and vegetables balance me out and fish and meat make me feel strong..

So I think when you start seeing the difference to how food effects you, you start making better choices.

When I start the fitness thing oh my god I could hardly to anything. I almost died boxing for like 30 secs, but now I could go for like 5 mins and feel fine.. that there is the biggest gift you can give yourself, knowing your fit enough to do whatever it is you want..

As much as I hated being a fat teenager, now I look back at it and Im kind of glad I was, because the fat stopped me from doing stupid things.. Like falling pregnant at a young age or going to stupid mindless parties or getting a tattoo I regret, cause I didnt like anyone looking at me..

Now I have a succesful business and everything in my life (besides my husband) is controled and balaced. Im working on him. If not there easily replaced hahaha..

damn you look like my personal trainer now :) did you notice that your teeth naturally went whiter when you started eating healthier? I noticed mine did which amazes me just how eating the right food or the wrong food can change so much in your body, face, skin and mind, not just your size..

You are so right my teeth, skin, complexion everything is much better when you adopt a healthy lifestyle. One of the best things I have done is to drop alcohol from my life which makes it so much easier to lose weight.

2 weeks ago I completed a 12km fun run in one hour and six minutes......damn it felt good!!!
