CNET Article
"Seven online merchants operating more than 40 Web sites have agreed to pay a $765,000 settlement following an investigation by the New York State Attorney General's office, the AG's office said."
"Five of the companies--Best Price Camera, Foto Connection, 1 Way Photo, 86th Street Photo, and Broadway Photo--agreed to change their business practices..."
Anyone think it's about time? How many time have we seen, "Is this deal too good to be true" posts?
Applause to the NY AG and to the courts. We'll see if it actually does any good, however. |

they should be hitting those arses with HUGE fines and forcing them to close their business and deny ANY kind of business license for at least 5 years after the jail time they should get is up.
They were committing fraud and should have the book thrown at them... |

Such a joke they should have to stick with thier prices a few months so we can buy them out>>>> that will learn them |
