I'm sure it is, obliquely: we got a MJ Tribute challenge, I think OP's suggesting a BIlly Mays tribute of an oblique sort. I kinda like it :-)

Sadly the super glue inventor died yesterday. The story that his hard hat came unstuck from a girder and he fell to his death are not true. |
