My old camera has served me well, but has also had it's share of frustrations. But I finally took the plunge and bought a 2nd hand 5D yesterday. Now I'm playing the waiting game, and there's a whole weekend ahead of me, when I know it won't arrive. Will it be good, or will it be an expensive ebay lemon? Will it be a joy to use, or will there be interesting new niggles to annoy me forever? Will it improve my enjoyment of photography, or just my street cred? When it get's here, will the delivery guy throw the parcel in over the verandah railing just before I reach the door, like he did with my last camera?
I'm looking forward to it, but I'll bite my nails until it's in my hot little hands.

I don't know... I think the best is "Delivery Rescheduled" and then it's been bumped up a day. Unfortunately, this normally means it'll be late, but I have had packages get bumped up as well.

Yep been there before, got the little note in the letterbox when I was home all day. |

When I order anything UPS from the east coast, my favorite 3 words- arrived, Hodgkins, IL. What the hell is it with that place? It takes a day to a day and a half to get there, and two days from there to my home in St. George, UT. But for some reason is stuck there for 3 days. |
