It means either one, or anything in between! I had an idea for this when the suggestion came up in the forums recently. Hope I can remember what it was... |

Excellent idea. I could have Godzilla using it.
This is going to be way more fun than high contrast.

I have ideas. That's scary. Doing something with the ideas is another matter altogether. |

Now this raises a point...
Does luncheon meat meet (urgh) the challenge as SPAM is a trade name, or do we just read between the lines and accept
SPAM as a household term for luncheon meat in this context
and of course unwanted email ads etc etc

No, Hormel produces Spam, which IS luncheon meat... sort of...
eta; Oops, that should read SPAM, not Spam.
history
"According to Hormel's trademark guidelines, Spam should be spelled with all capital letters and treated as an adjective, as in the phrase "SPAM luncheon meat"."

How about this guy, from "Muppet Treasure Island"? His name is Spa'am.
Hormel actually sued the movie producer over it. Hormel lost the case. |

Those of us of a certain age here in the UK will remember being fed the SPAM fritter for school dinners.
This consisted of sliced SPAM lookalike, usually round, being deep fried in batter so that when you cut in to it
oil escaped in such volume as to render the rest of the meal almost inedible.
I was just wondering if this school dinner experience was limited to the UK or if other countries were equally as lucky.
I do have one confession here though... I actually liked them lol |

They are so very very wrong!! My local chip shop sells them. Dunno if anyone buys them but I can imagine they probably would.
Most of the fat was soaked up by the lumpy mached potato at my school. Ah those were the days before nutritional values were brought into school dinners. |

Must be a UK experience. I have no recollection of such school lunches. I do recall my mom's tuna fish sandwiches. She didn't squeeze out enough of the oil from it and the bread was a soggy oily mess by lunchtime. That has to compare with your fritters in the oil department.
