Impressive, Raish!

I love you guys. :-)

I am not sucking in duotones. I did have a very suckworthy entry for motion panning but stuck it in the Street side challenge instead. I believe I have another suckworthy option, though.

<--- The suckworthy motion panning not-entered shot.

I'm sooooooo disappointed.

I took my competent entry for Duotones out, submitted the edgy, aesthetic one I really liked, and this is what I get.....

GRRRRR!!!!!! I put in my request for a copy of all my medical records two weeks ago at the local Army clinic where they are kept. I go back today to pick them up. No copy. No records. They say the "computer shows the records were transferred to the 435th 88 days ago" and the woman at the counter doesn't even know where that is. Well I happen to know it's Ramstein. I have never been to the clinic in Ramstein and have no idea why the records would be sent there. So I call them. They say "the computer shows the records were transferred here 88 days ago, but we don't have them on the shelf." So no one has my records, which cover my entire career and upon which my retirement VA assessment is to be made. I needed the copy so I could start that process which takes 6 months. So tomorrow I'm off in search of my records... They've gotta be somewhere, right? If they are not found, I am totally screwed out of any benefits for which I may have been eligible. Not good.

I think you should be elligible until proven otherwise, Deb. Cos it's one two three, what are we fighting for?

Oh Deb, so very sorry you've been caught in the paperwork vortex.
Best of luck!!

Sadly, this isn't the first time this has happened. When I moved from Florida to San Antonio, I had to call once every two weeks for six months to finally get my records. Timing is particularly bad this time around. I'm hoping if they were mailed, that there was some sort of record - possibly even a receipt (a girl can dream!) involved. Not the end of the world, but rather annoying just the same. Worst case scenario - I get screwed out of benefits. I doubt I'm eligible for a whole lot anyway (I don't think they count aging) so worst case isn't horrible.

That's stress you could do without - good luck in tracking them down. Deb the Detective!

Deb, my advice is to NOT read the novel Catch-22 until after you find your records. In fact, wait until after you retire.

I'd listen to mighty leader too Deb...poor you! Here I am about 90km away from Parliament Hill and trust me, you can hear the sounds of paper being pushed even from the middle of nowhere.

Ah well at least my DuotonesIV score is making me happy:
