I seem to have an intermittent problem with CS3 (running Windows Vista if it matters). Sometimes when I go to open a picture, regardless of which tool I have selected the mouse arrow turns into a hand. When this happens, no matter what tool I select, where I click on the image, nothing happens. Its very frustrating and seems to go away by restarting CS3 multiple times. Is this a "feature"? If so, please let me know how to disable it!

You get the hand whenever the spacebar is pressed and held down; so you can easily drag a magnified image around in the window, basically. So check to make sure your spacebar's not sticking.
