Dang it people! I probably won't have the money for anything this cool for several years now. Don't go tempting me to ge sell things like my sister, or car, or computer now, because I am starting to absolutely crave a DSLR, especially the 300D. It's gotten to the point of: "What can I sell on eBay to get the money for one of these baby's?"
Of course...I'm always open to donations.
Anyone? Anyone?

Was just reading a comprehensive comparrison between dSLR's. I had all the ones I know of, but there may be others. They didn't include the Canon 1D, but revieded it separately, and I am not sure they covered the Nikon equivalent, as both of those cameras tend to outprice themselves from the consumer, or even prosumer, market.
10D came up trumps, always nice to see. Others all did well, although the Nikon 100D didn't do as well as I would have expected.
The 300D came out very well indeed. Lost a little to the 10D in features, as you'd expect, but came out as best overall value of all the cameras they tested.
It does look like Canon have a winner with that one.

Boy, this camera must be selling like crazy.
Here on DPC it's allready the six-most owned camera!
BTW: Does anyone know were to get sales-numbers for cameras? |
