So, we've just upgraded to CS4 and I cannot for the life of me find the extract tool.. When I go under the filter menu, it's not in it's usual spot.. Right there at the top !! Where did they move it.. I've tried looking it up and each time I think I've found it, it's for CS2 or something else.. It's driving me crazy.. I know it's probably right in front of my eyes.. help me.. :-)..

Extract was taken out of CS4, as Adobe feels other tools replace it effectively.

You can always copy the plug-in from your CS3 install; it works perfectly in CS4.

WHAT......... come on... I loved the extract tool.. looks like I'll have to use the plug-in.. Thanks.. I thought I was going looney looking for it.. I can't fricken believe they took a tool away.. ever wish you just stuck with cs2?? :-/
