Just ordered myself a 17-40mm L, can't wait to get it, I'm in the process of making the jump to full frame with the 5d, and I found a good deal on the lens so decided to start there.
Should be gettin it in the next day or two, just had to share.

| Congrats! Fantastic lens, I use mine very frequently. You will love the natural vignette with this lens and the 5D at the wide end. |

| does the camera do the vignette for is it the lens? my 70-200 seems to have a vignette to it, but i like it so its ok |

It's the full frame; however, the extent of the vignette is a function of the lens as well. My 17-40 vignettes more than my 24-70. |
