I am getting an error:
Could not open a scratch file because the file is locked. Use the Properties command in the Windows Explorer to unlock the file.
Then - Photoshop can not initialize because the file is locked.

So where do I find this file? What should I look for?

-- nevermind....:)
Got it to work after defining the permissions for the "everyone" setting
