I went and opened an account at PBase to store photos. I'm not to sure I like the upload set up yet, webshots has a much easier interface but we shall see how it works. :)

Like I need more incentive to take more pictures

Deannda,
Did you get a paid account? If so, you can upload zip files and pbase will unzip and load the individual photos.

I have a paying account ... $25/year. It was worth my while. I use my own website for images now, but I still use PBase for various shots.

Yes I did, now to learn how to zip the darn files, LOL
All these years on the computer and I've never had to zip any files.

I have the program, shouldn't be that hard

You should be able to just right click on the file(s) you want to add to the zip, and go to "add to zip file."

I find 'expanded upload view' to be really easy. You can submit up to 20 files there in one shot. Just select each one and hit go...

That's assuming you have WinZip or PowerArchiver installed and you have a Windows machine. :-)

Or get Stuffit basic from //aladdinsys.com
PC and Mac versions available ... basic functions remain working as nagware after the initial period if you don't want to upgrade to the full-featured version. |

Win XP has a zip utility built in ... is that just to unzip, or will it zip also?

I have win zip and I can right click and add to zip so that solves that problem. Now to start getting serious about organizing them, LOL
