This would be fun and for an added bonus, each shot could contain a limerick.
limerick , an English verse form consisting of five anapaestic lines rhyming aabba, the third and fourth lines having two stresses and the others three. The limerick is almost always a self‐contained, humorous poem, and usually plays on rhymes involving the names of people or places. The following is one of the less offensive examples of the coarse limerick tradition:
There was a young fellow named Menzies
Whose kissing sent girls into frenzies;
But a virgin one night
Crossed her legs in a fright
And fractured his bifocal lenses.

There was a young fellow named Moses
Who loved making love with sweet Roses,
Until, one awful night,
He suffered a fright
When he saw there were thorns in their poses...

In view of the dental theme of her farewell forum:
There was an elderly man named Keith
Who had misplaced his set of false teeth
It had been laid on his chair
He forgot it were there
He sat and was bitten beneath

Edited:
There was an old codger named Moses
Who was simply a sucker for Roses:
He'd love 'em all night,
Then wake up such a sight:
All pricked by their thornier poses...

Don't worry...I haven't missed it...but once you remove the thorns and the life source from a rose, it has no choice but to wither and dye and freezing that moment in time can make for some great images. Whilst we have all been shocked over the latest events....we can at least utilize these emotions in whatever form we can...be it limericks of roses or pictures of roses. I am not good putting limericks together, but as this thread is a challenge suggestion...I suggest we photographed dying roses!

There was an old Rose in Kentucky
with forum behavior so yucky
that we gave her the sack
yet she'll try to come back
until she gives up or gets lucky. |

Shannon: see my link previous -- they need you. I'm so out of practice myself ...
A photographer (formerly Rose)
Kept the Site Council light on their toes
On close watch for the lies
Which confirmed her disguise
And disclosed which account we could close |

Amateur. ;-P
Shewho cannot be named
claimed to be orally maimed
she posted a plea
for cameras for free
but only got banished and shamed.

A quicky ;)
There was an old Rose from the states
Who liked to get in to debates
Some bad words she did utter
Her mind in the gutter
But Langdon has shown her the gates

Ode to the username Limerick
So carefully planning her Web trick
Claiming problems dental
But really were mental
At least now she can really suck lollypops

A double...
There's been a loud call for compassion,
for sympathy here is in fashion
we begged this Rose thrice
to chill and play nice
but only got scorn and tongue lashin'.
So as members with hats that we don
and duties to the site we are on
we hope that one day
we'll send her away
and she'll finally decide to stay gone! |

Haha Shannon not bad, not bad ;)
Here's one more:
Oh dear it seems Limericks gone
For a while her character shone
But the SC were wary
Of some traits that were scary
Now my dentists coat I must don

Our Rose was a Rose we won't mourn,
Her antics for SC a thorn.
Her personality a split?
Her names all legit?
Who cares, she cannot eat corn!! :P
