Hi,

Doing a powerpoint presentation and I need to make a lot of curved arrows. I tried doing it freehand, but it didn't look very good. Does anybody have a good way to make curved arrows in CS3? Thanks in advance.

"Custom Shapes" is what you want. Here's a link to some free custom-shapes arrows you can download.

I would just draw the arrows in PowerPoint, personally. Go to View -> Toolbars -> Drawing. In the drawing toolbar, select Auto Shapes -> Lines -> Curve. Draw your line, when you click it'll make a point where the curve will start, double click will end it. Then, while you curve object is selected (has the little white dots around it) go to Arrow Style and pick the type of point you like, and what end it should be on.

I suspect Mike is looking to make some more interesting arrows than the standard powerpoint generic arrows. But it's been a while since I used powerpoint, maybe they've expanded their gallery of arrows?

No, they are pretty lame. PowerPoint isn't really designed for creativity imo.
