A lot of very interesting images in this challenge - it could have very well been sub-titled "Scenes from movie that kept me up at night". :>)

I had a hard time with this one and scored everything higher than I normally would because a lot of the images were very effective with matching titles - a lot of impressions that were exactly that - you can't really define what any particular author truly meant to convey so it was hard to mark any particular down because of technique or technical issues - that may have been part of the author's intent.

It was a lot of fun though and most of the images were very impressive and deserving of very high placement.

And with that, I'm going to go out and take some images for the Free Study before the deadline - I've got some ideas generously donated by participants in recent challenges. :>)

Good job everybody - well done.

Thank you Teafran for your comment, very kind. That is a hell of an average score you've given there and it is amazingly hard work to comment on some many pics with such due consdieration to each.

As for the score. Small pickup overnight (from sub 6) but I fear this is where it may well remain.

I didn't enter the nightmares, this time around. It brings back memories of the excitement of getting my first and only ribbon last time. I will vote on each one this time.

I really have to enter challenges, soon. I was having "Nightmares" with my computer randomly freezing up six time a day. I have built a "Killer" beast with i7 Extreme CPU, etc. and it up and running, very fast, now with Vista64/CS4.

Here, goinskiing: this was developed a couple of challenges ago when people were to nervous to post their scores.

nonono, it has to be 3.0 to 4.4999 sucks to be you
4.5 to 4.9999 bad but seen worse
5.0 to 5.4999 good
5.5 to 5.9999 nice
6.0 to 6.4999 really nice
6.5 to 6.9999 awesome
above 7.0 great (or super superb)

I'm still in the awesome range.
