For XP, replace disk properties with policies in step 5. For step 6, select the optimize for quick removal radio button.
However, I think this is the default under XP for devices that are considered removable disks (all card readers ought to be). |

yes i do its great, works perfect very fast and reliable. Only cost me 5 bucks too. |

No, I just pull the card out. Mainly becuase I didn't know there was another way it could be done. Oops...
As far as errors, I did have a weird thing happen the other day, while scrolling through my pictures I got an odd message. I can't remember the wording exactly, but it was something like "unrecognizable Jpeg format" or something like that. I think they were images that I deleted while the card was in the computer as I wasn't missing anything that I was working on. So I ended up just sending them to the trash on my camera and I haven't seen the message since. Odd, this happen to anyone else? |
