Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM

Ok, i guess the last batch of photos i went through and deleted, my computer kept al the photos i deleted and deleted the ones i kept. Im not sure why. Anyways, i went and resqued the mistakenly deleted photos, but they seem to be invisible when i try to open them.

so yeh, any help at all?

Go to your recycle bin and see if they are there. If they are you can simply restore them.

i did. they restored but are invisible. i cant view them

they dumped into the right folders are stayed their until i clicked one of the photos. now they are all gone again

when i restored them they were removed from the trash bin. they nare no where to be found at present. i am running a scan of the cf, but its not finding anything at this point. we shall see

i hate the WHOLE world right now!!!

the damn program retrieved ALL of my photos and then is making me PAY to actually get them!!!

I'm not a conspiracy theorist type of person, but are you sure you don't have some sort of spyware thing that would make your files "disappear" and then try to extort you into paying to restore them? Sounds rather fishy...
