Were making our annual week trip to Buffalo April 13-17th;
any advice as to photography spots, restaurants, rock and roll clubs or anything else?
Thanks;

Obviously you cant go wrong with the falls and shooting them from the Skylon tower, but i would also recommend Letchworth State park...beautiful scenery there. |

Yep, yep...the Falls are only 20 minutes up the highway. Grand Island might have some nice spots. The Anchor Bar is fairly famous for their Wings (called Buffalo Wings everywhere else besides Buffalo....). You might be a little early, there's still no foliage to be seen, but this area is a waypoint for migratory birds.

Thanks for the tips; I have been to letchworth, its really tremendous. I may go to Niagara, and the anchor bar on our list; my in laws live in Orchard Park so we generally were restricting ourselves to some beef on weck and duff's wings. |

Tift Nature Preserve is fun - bring bird seed and they will rest on your hand and feed. The deer aren't easily spooked either. Oh, its free too. The old grain mills are fun to shoot if you like urban decay. Maybe we can hook up? |
