Icu1965's KISS facepaint sounds like something fun to do later in the summer when downtown is crammed with tourists, especially if there's a "candid" challenge where I can use shots of people's reactions :D
Firebird, I've never been to Canoe brewpub, keep forgetting about it, but I hear it's really good. Thanks for reminding me of it. We've had such a cold winter and wet March that I'm not sure how good Butchart is yet, but it's definitely on my list for sometime soon!
ErikV's suggestion to upgrade to the D700... well, I DID ask for outrageous! :D

Well, I didn't do anything outrageous (even forgot to grab a man for pickling, dammit) but had a very nice day, regardless. I did end up with scratches on my back, but it was only from becoming a piece of playground equipment for some baby goats.
And I got, among other things, a Lowepro Slingshot :D |
