I want to rent a lens to take some baseball action shots of my sons team. I have a 55-200 which is "fine" but it's soft and doesnt focus fast enough for me. I want to get some WOW photos.
So what lens would you recommend? Most of his games will be played at night under the lights. any thoughts? |

Sigma 120-300 f2.8
It's a beast, but fast and sharp. |

If your going to the trouble of renting...... whatever Nikon has for a 300mm f2.8 PRIME.... or longer... 400f5.6 or something (don't know Nikon primes that much).
