How do you submit to the Site Council for review?
My Free-Study just got DQ'ed for:
"You may not use ANY editing tool to create new image area, objects or features (such as lens flare or motion) that didn't already exist in your original capture."
Which is quite funny actually, but for the life of me I can't see how to turn in my original RAW shot.
You would think there would be instructions in the DQ email you receive.
Or a simple link at the top, but as this is my first DQ thingy I am kind of stumped.

relax. It is an april fools joke from the admin. :)
Unless you see a big red "we request your original file for validation" on your main screen, you are fine. And they would not dq you before asking for the original file. :)
