Ok this idea came from the image posted by Yo_Spiff
"Take a pic of something who's purpose is unclear" then invite commentors to speculate |

Well, it's a cool idea but a "something" is a "which", not a "who", so maybe:
"Take a picture of something the purpose of which is unclear."
That's kind of tortured syntax, but I haven't come up with anything better yet :-)

Yes you are correct and normally I'm a pedant where English is concerned so I should have taken more care lol |

Take a picture of something that(which?) has an unclear purpose.
Is that more clear? I'm not sure. I'm not trying to grammar police, just having a little fun.
I think it's a cool idea. |

Cool idea, but I'll have to find a new mystery item now that my box has been more or less identified. |

Just photograph it from a different angle and confuse us all over again. Around here, it would probably work! ;) |

I thought of that too. My problem is making it crystal clear that it's the OBJECT that needs to have an unclear purpose, not the PHOTO... Jejejeâ¢

Maybe, "Find an object of no clear purpose and take a photograph of it."
