Dunno... I feel that my photography is getting better but the entries I've made the last three challenges and counting have scored exponentially lower each time.

I can;t figure out what's going on or wrong. I'm minda frustrated but not disappointed in my photography.

I wanna take shots that make me feel proud but also shots that will in some way confirm that my improvement is not just in my mind and a figment of my own imagination.

Any advice?

Sometimes you have to move backwards to go forwards!

Also, don't judge your photography off what scores you get, scores have very little to do with how good your photography is! It has more to do with how well it fits the challenge, how clever your idea is, and how nice the voters are that week :-) Judge your photography yourself, and be content with knowing yourself that you're getting better.

If it makes you feel any better I've never scored as high as my first challenge, and I really messed up the canvas size and the image size on that one too. I feel like I know more now, but it doesn't seem to show from my entries. haha

Don't worry about it, if you feel like your learning, why should you really care how your images place?

It is a sign of improvement! The very best photos I have ever seen on here score somewhere between 20 and 50th place! If you're dropping, then you just might be getting better! (unless you finish last, then forget I said anything)

Not last but you sure made me laugh with that! :) Thanks much!
