Need a logo design - DPChallenge Forums

I am having shirts printed for my sons baseball team and like always I goofed off until the last day of having the design in to the shirt guy. I need to create a logo with all the kids names on the back of the shirt but I don't really have a lot of time or the creativity to come up with something at the moment. So I am asking everyone here if they would help me come up with something simple yet powerful.

We are the only team that will have a personalized shirts and I want someone to see it and say "I wish we had shirts like that".

So can someone help with this please?
Here are the names that need to be on the design along with the the team name "Major Indians" and the year "2009"

The design can be anything, I originally did the one below but I don't like it. I want something better.

OH BTW these are the parents shirts not the kids jerseys.
