Did you go to the right page? Try to go directly here. and enter your serial number on the bottom of the page. Worked fine for me!

| No, there is another hardware fix for it it seems - I have filled out the form and Canon are arranging for collection. Should mean I get a free sensor clean and stuff thrown in as well. |

| I saw the HW update now that you mentioned it. I only got the software update so far. I called my Canon service center here in Norway and they'll provide me with a RMA number after I register. They said they could have it done a few days. |
