I'm a huge fan of Arias and his blog - he posts some great info on there and some awesome photography.

| Zacks blog as of late has been pretty dead on in describing where Im at in my career, with tihs video being the catalyst for a lot of those posts. |

| My original post was two years ago in February of 2009. Just a week or so ago I linked to another zarias . com article that as it turned out, had a bunch of spyware etc. on it. I remember now that Zack mentioned in his blog that he was changing ISP's because of the problem, however the linked video is on his old site. I don't recommend it now, and if anyone has any problems I'll be glad to delete the link. _Ray |

I didn't get to it from this link so I'm not sure if it is the same one or not. |

Yeah, his site is in the process of switching over still.
You can find the video on youtube though as well, and it is free of that issue.
"Transform" on youtube
This way you avoid the spyware issues of Zack's old hosting.
ETA: Here's his new site, but the blog is still being worked on and I'm not sure what else is still incomplete. //zackarias.com/
