I have one of these which is no longer of any use to me as I now own a Mac. A driver for it can be downloaded here. Is anyone interested in this device? I have used it without any problems or errors and is quite fast.

I am offering the device for free to the first person who wants it. All I need is an address. I prefer to ship to US, but am not bound to it.

I've always fancied trying one of those on my laptop - but sadly I'm a few thousand miles outside of the US . .

Are they as quick as a USB card reader ?

Never used a USB card reader, but I would venture a guess that yes, it is faster simply by being a 32 bit device. I said I was not bound to shipping in the US. Only that I preferred it since it is less hassle at the PO>

Chris - a kind offer. Yes I would be interested - but I don't want you to land you with hassle at the PO and find it's expensive to post, so it might be best if I see if there are any locals interested first.

eta - if it's cheap'ish to post then I would be happy to try and split the difference with you ? But if it's too much it's probably not worth it. There must be local interest who would be delighted with it.

Well, I see you are on Planet Zargon. I think inter-galactic post has not yet been invented. What is your real local?
