Is motion blur considered different than action shot? Is a freeze frame expected?

I think as long as your entry conveys action it wouldn't matter. |

But do remember to check the date on the camera before you head out. I took a load of shots at the stockcar track yesterday ...... ho hum, date on the exif is 24.4.2009. |
