It looks like those images may be removed very shortly.

[quote=scalvert] Bah... only 13 hits? This one rings up 187 hits, many of them in Arabic, Russian and other alien languages. Where would I even start? :-/
Alien Languages ? Cool - So Roswell was real after all - they came to steal our photos :- ) |

I would put the infringing link/information there. Once they get into the full body of the letter, you're providing a link to your evidence that the item is yours. (Or an attachment).
Let us know how it turns out :) |
Of the three letters sent out, Photobucket was the first to respond. And they have taken it down as well as Judi's infringed work as well. Another has not responded but the webpage with the specific addy that was accessible yesterday now has a Forbidden 404 error - so I guess it has been taken care of.
Thanks again Chip for your assistance.

It IS a good feeling to have it removed is it not:-)But the feeling would be better if we artists could have comfort in a 100% enjoyment of our work by others WITHOUT it being taken and used for the viewer's own purposes. Oh well not the real world scenario, but it would be great. Also, not only are both our infringed works no longer on Photobucket but now they cannot be coded/linked into another site like that one website reported above (it shows that same red box there too now:-) )
