Yes it hurt.

So anyways, a thought to throw out. Just in case the GTG does not happen. (Quig and DK you are still staying with me regardless of if it happens or not)

About 2 hours drive from Phoenix we have Lake Powell , Sedona, Grand Canyon , Antelope Canyon etc, etc, All very amazing and drop dead gorgeous.

Well, when it gets a tad bit warmer, how would people think about hiring one of those house boats at Lake Powell. It can get pricey, but the 187 miles of lake, Grand Canyon , Bryce Canyon, etc etc etc that you get to shoot, would or could or may be worth the price.

There is also tenting if a smaller boat was got, that way travel during the day and camp at night.

It truly is a gorgeous place and outstanding natural gorgeousness all thrown into more gorgeousness,

OOOO Im watching this thread :D

I think (depending on price lol) the house boat would be cool. Ive never been to any of those places...

Ive only been to Florida to see rox_rox (only 4 days but a fricken awesome trip) a little down the Oregon coast and LA and San Diego. O and spent a week in the Britmore industrial park in Huston LOL. So yea Im up for dam near anything :)

Just saw this thread Juliet and I think if we can get enough interest it would be great. To be honest, in this climate of financial turmoil I would be happy just to get away to do some shooting on the side of a road as long as it wasn't in my home town :)

I'm still looking a flights and I'm still watching the threads. I hope to meet some of you in April, I'm really looking forward to it and now that I don't have to pay for lodging because of you generous offer Juliet, this trip is even more affordable.
