Was wondering if theres a quick answer to this, but when i see my whites on photoshop they look cream colored. then when i look at same image in windows viewer its white.
Even the color pallete's white is cream too

any idea what this might be?

It's winter white. ;o)

Sorry, have no idea. The fact that the colour palette is also showing the cream is interesting. At least it's consistent.

Its most likely your colour correction settings...
