Is it because we have no lives that we are here on the DPC site on Christmas Eve/Day (depending on your part of the world), or are we just that addicted? If you're reading this, you must know what I mean. :-)

*Note* I do understand some don't celebrate the holiday, so this is just another day.

Best Wishes to All.

I prefer to leave my shopping until the last minute, and really...it's only 10:00am. lots of time left.

Some of us just need to get away from everyone asking the same question about your job, the grandma that keeps asking why your not married yet and your already 24 (because grandma and grandpa got married when they were 23, so 24 is already to old), and everyone else getting drunk and obnoxious. But, sooner or later I'll probably fall into the drunk and obnooxious category, so I can't talk to bad about them.

I am sitting here looking at this site, tv is on, war documentary!. My Wife is sitting next to me peeling the sprouts for Christmas dinner - my life is whole and complete, I am contented because I am with the person I love more than words could every explain, oh yeh and you lot of addicts as well!!

I'm taking a break from the mad baking and housecleaning of the last three days, trying to get ready for the next phase and looking forward to the arrival home of my hubby and parents. Good thing I feel about my spouse and family as you apparently do, Mike - otherwise scores on the current challenges would be really depressing ;-) just kidding - I'm here to learn and this is a fun place to 'waste' time.

Well,I'd be outside shooting, sun shining but ominous storm clouds all around. It's beautiful and I have NO camera. I just sold the old one today and the new one doesn't arrive until next Tuesday. Sooo. Here I am. I took a quick tour through the "on the edge" entries and was very excited with quite a few of them. Some nice stuff in there! Wishing all dpcers a wonderful holiday and happy, healthy and prosperous (for all that new equipment) New Year! Louise

I am happily content at home with my wonderful husband and our two "children" (our MinPins!). Both of us are on our computers, and I have decided that even though my husband bought me a 10D for Christmas, I am going to keep my trusty 707 as a backup! Life could not be better!

Merry Christmas to all you (other) dpc addicts!

It is 20:28, just finished diner with wife and two children, getting the children to bed now. Nice and quiet evening with closest family 850 km away. Just checking the score, getting ready to post my motivational poster.

Merry Christmas, everyone.

It's 11:42am on Christmas Day, Japan time.

I'm at work. They don't give foreigners the day off. Boo Hoo.

(Still I'll be off from Friday evening 'till the 10am on the 8th...)

Ahh...just got back from X-mas dinner with my in-law's side of the family. Time to have a beer and put that event behind me! :)
